Most of this work never gets advertised. Clients come to us directly and we place from our existing network. But the interim market is picking up, so we're building out that network now ahead of a run of confidential mandates.

The types of assignments we place

• Establishment CFO: building the finance function from scratch, with a focus on cash, controls and risk
• Growth CFO: scaling businesses through funding rounds, ERP implementations and team build out
• Change CFO: leading transformation, restructuring or culture change
• Replacement CFO: holding the finance function steady between permanent CFOs and managing the handover
• Sale preparation: cashflow management and due diligence ahead of a full or partial sale
• IPO preparation: governance and due diligence work to prepare a business for listing
• Projects and systems: senior finance expertise brought in for a specific project or system implementation
