Job summary

Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a senior, commercially driven NZ & Pacific Sales Owner to lead growth of our governance technology business across New Zealand, Fiji, PNG, and Micronesian Islands. The role encompasses ownership of revenue, renewals and new business, with regular travel across the region to meet senior leaders and drive pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, SaaS, technology sales or a related field.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Experience managing an existing customer portfolio while developing new business.
• Experience selling technology or SaaS solutions to senior stakeholders in complex organisations.
• Strong CRM experience and disciplined pipeline forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own the New Zealand and Pacific market, including Fiji, PNG and Micronesian Islands.
• Take full commercial ownership of the region's existing revenue, renewals, account growth and new business.
• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy and annual growth plan.
• Manage and grow the existing customer base, identifying opportunities for retention, upsell and expansion.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline across target industries and sectors.
• Lead sales presentations, demonstrations, proposals, tenders and negotiations.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and governance professionals.
• Travel regularly across New Zealand and the Pacific for client meetings and events.
