Apex Car Rentals at Auckland Airport invites an energetic Shuttle Driver to be the first point of contact for customers. This full-time role involves transporting customers safely between the rental location and terminals, with shifts arranged 5x8 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Full, clean, valid Class 1 driver’s licence is essential.

About the role

As our Shuttle Driver, you will transport our customers to and from the airport terminals and to and from our offices located just outside the Auckland airport in a safe and timely manner.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Shuttle customers from our rental location to the terminal and back
• Follow all speed limits and traffic guidelines whilst transporting customers.
• Assist customers in a helpful and friendly manner with any inquiries ensuring an excellent customer experience.

What we are looking for:

• Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licenceis essential for this role.
• Good knowledge of the Airport and ability to drive safely between locations.
• Good interpersonal skills to allow you to build relationships not only customers but with the wider the team.
• A customer-focused, collaborative and adaptable approach with a can-do attitude to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Sense of pride and ownership in your role and anability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.

We work 7-days a week, Monday to Sunday, from 6.15 - 19.30 where in these full-time roles you will be scheduled to work on 5 x 8-hours shifts per week that could include early mornings, evenings and weekends as required.
