Job summary

Penske Australia & New Zealand is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Auckland Service Department. The role focuses on running a high-performing workshop, developing technicians, delivering exceptional customer outcomes, and driving operational performance.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will oversee technicians, service advisors and support staff, ensuring safety, quality and profitability while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading automotive/heavy vehicle service teams.
• Strong knowledge of workshop operations, productivity and customer service excellence.
• Proven ability to develop people and deliver results.
