We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Hamilton Service team and play an important role in the continued success of Terra Cat in the Waikato. Based at our Hamilton branch in Pukete, this is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll bring together people, customers and performance. You’ll lead from the front, build a strong and engaged team, and ensure our customers receive the responsive, high-quality service they expect from Terra Cat. Our Hamilton site brings together Technicians, Sales, Support Services and Managers, making this an opportunity to work closely across the wider branch rather than operating in isolation.

What you’ll bring

• Proven leadership experience within the service and/or heavy equipment industry, or a similar operational environment
