Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator (Fixed-Term Until May 2027) based in Wellington, New Zealand. The role focuses on ensuring contracted services are delivered in line with contracts and acts as a single point of contact for customers alongside Service Delivery Managers.

You will support customers end to end, drive continual service improvement, and work with internal delivery teams to meet client requirements. Wellington-based with potential on-site work.

Qualifications

• 1 year IT experience in an IT managed services environment.
• Experience with service delivery, SLA conformance, and service reporting.
• Familiarity with ITIL and reporting tools is a plus.
