Job summary

Datacom in Wellington is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator on a fixed-term basis until May 2027. You will help ensure contracted services are delivered per contracts, acting as a point of contact for customers and aligning requirements with Datacom service levels.

You will work with Service Delivery Managers to support a broad customer base, manage contracts, reporting, and continual service improvements.

Qualifications

• Around 1 year of IT experience, preferably from within an IT managed services environment.
• Strong focus on customer experience and relationship management.
• Experience with service delivery, SLA conformance and service reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract and commercial management.
• Oversee service management and operational delivery.
• Manage virtual teams and admin services.
• Provide customer relationship management and reporting.
• Support continual service improvement and innovation.
