Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Data Centre Delivery Coordinator to efficiently coordinate operations, customer requests, and project delivery across Data Centre environments in New Zealand. The role mixes ongoing coordination with cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth delivery for multiple stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will bring strong coordination skills, Excel proficiency, and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams and manage competing

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, administration, planning, scheduling, procurement, project support, or operational delivery roles.
• Strong business writing and stakeholder communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Experience managing multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a wide range of operational and customer activities across Data Centre environments.
• Schedule and coordinate work for Data Centre operational teams.
• Manage customer requests from initiation through to completion.
• Coordinate installations, decommissions, audits, compliance activities, and cabling work.
• Support procurement processes, purchase orders, approvals, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain customer records and operational schedules; prepare reports and communications.
