Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Auckland or Wellington team. You will ensure contracted services are delivered to clients in line with contracts, acting as a single point of contact and aligning customer requirements with service levels.

You will support customers end to end, work with Service Delivery Managers, and contribute to ongoing service improvements, reporting, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year IT experience in an IT managed services environment.
• Familiar with ITIL frameworks and terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage SLA conformance, reporting, and customer contracts.
