Job summary
Datacom is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to help ensure contracted IT services are delivered to clients in accordance with contracts. You will work closely with customers, align requirements with service levels, and support end-to-end service delivery across delivery teams and managers.
You will bring roughly 1 year of IT experience, a passion for customer experience, and familiarity with ITIL concepts, ServiceNow, and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- We are seeking an IT professional with around 1 year of relevant experience in IT services or managed services.
- Experience with service delivery, contract and SLA conformance, and service reporting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 tools is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate contracted services to ensure delivery to clients in line with contracts.
- Serve as a single point of contact for customers and align requirements with service levels.
- Support end-to-end service delivery and collaborate with Service Delivery Managers.
- Manage reporting, invoicing, and customer communications to improve satisfaction.
- Contribute to continual service improvement and innovation initiatives.
