Job summary

Botany Toyota, part of the Manukau Toyota Group in East Tamaki, is seeking an experienced Aftersales Advisor to join its busy service team. You will be the link between customers and the workshop, guiding the service journey from booking to handover and keeping customers informed every step.

Ideal for a service professional with 2+ years in automotive, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy dealership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Toyota standards.
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs and maintenance.
• Managing the customer service journey from booking through to vehicle collection.
• Communicating repair requirements and service recommendations to customers.
• Liaising with technicians and the parts department to maintain efficient workflow.
• Keeping customers informed throughout the servicing and repair process.
• Preparing service documentation, invoices and vehicle handovers.
• Assisting with warranty and general service administration.
• Building strong relationships with new and returning customers.

You'll be an important link between customers and the workshop, managing the service journey from initial booking through to vehicle handover and ensuring customers are kept informed every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant automotive industry experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident communicating with both customers and workshop teams
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy dealership environment
• Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude
