Parts Support
  • Source, order, receive, and distribute parts for both workshop and customer requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and assist with stocktake activities.
  • Prepare parts quotations and identify cost-effective procurement solutions.
  • Coordinate parts freight, deliveries, and promote parts products and services to customers.
Administration
  • Prepare, review, and invoice work in progress (WIP) for both Parts and Service, ensuring all costs, documentation, and approvals are complete.
  • Process supplier and outworker invoices, reconcile payments, manage EFTPOS settlements, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Maintain branch administration, including reporting, filing, payroll support, mail distribution, stationery management, and customer documentation.
  • Ensure all records, stock paperwork, and service documentation are accurately processed, filed, and maintained in line with company policies and procedures.
