Job summary

Botany Toyota is seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join its team in Auckland. You will support the day-to-day running of the Aftersales department, helping to ensure customers receive a high level of service throughout the aftersales journey.

The role suits an experienced Service Advisor or automotive Aftersales professional looking to step into a more senior position, with opportunities for training and career progression within the Toyota dealership group.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience within a workshop environment or similar automotive role.
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Strong automotive technical knowledge and understanding
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• High attention to detail
• A clean, full New Zealand Driver Licence or equivalent

The Role

• Support the Aftersales Manager with the day-to-day running of the department

About You
