PwC New Zealand is seeking a Senior Talent Strategy Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Auckland. You will coordinate resourcing for Advisory engagements, connecting projects with the right talent, including offshore resources and contractors.

Working with Advisory Partners and the Workforce Solutions team, you will monitor utilisation, deliver insights on capacity, and support talent deployment. The role requires 2–4 years in resourcing or workforce planning and strong analytical,

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in resourcing, workforce planning, talent acquisition, or similar operational role.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience reporting on data and using complex systems.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management.
• High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft reporting tools.
• Interest in AI and automation to boost productivity and resourcing outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Engagement Managers and Partners to understand current and future resourcing requirements.
• Coordinate allocation of people across Advisory engagements and respond to resource requests.
• Provide reporting and insights on utilisation, trends, and opportunities to improve operations.
• Champion the use of resourcing systems and support PwC's skills-based platform rollout.
• Support design and implementation of contractor and offshore workforce processes.
• Build strong knowledge of Advisory's people, capabilities, clients, and service offerings.
• Promote accuracy and use of skills data to match the right people to opportunities.
• Foster flexibility and a coaching culture within the team.
