Job summary

PwC NZ in Auckland seeks a Senior Resourcing Advisor (12-month fixed term) to unlock resourcing for the Advisory practice, reporting to the National Workforce Solutions Manager. You will allocate local and offshore resources, manage engagements, and coordinate capacity and demand with senior stakeholders.

Your day-to-day includes gathering engagement requirements, training teams on a new skills-based system, and producing leadership reports that highlight trends and opportunities to uplift

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in a detail-driven resourcing or talent acquisition role in a large organisation, ideally professional services.
• Experience producing high quality reports and working with complex systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Gather information with Engagement managers and Partners to understand client resourcing requirements.
• Champion the use of resourcing systems and train Advisory staff on skills-based resourcing.
• Design and implement a contingent workforce deployment process for contractors and offshore resources.
• Coordinate and plan resource allocation for current and future engagements in Consulting.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the Advisory practice, clients, capabilities and services.
