Job summary

Oceania is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to support our People & Culture team in Auckland. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will deliver proactive recruitment support, nurture relationships with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

This is a six-month fixed-term, full-time contract based at our Auckland CBD Support Office. You’ll help keep vacancies moving, shortlist candidates, manage queries, and contribute to improvements in how we

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Strong ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with recruitment systems (Teamtailor a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Making recruitment happen – keeping vacancies moving and coordinating activity for hiring managers.
• Creating great candidate experiences – guiding candidates through checks, contracts and onboarding.
• Being the go-to person – managing recruitment queries and relationships with teams.
• Finding great people – advertising, shortlisting and building talent pools.
• Keeping recruitment system data accurate and up to date.
• Sharing ideas and supporting managers to improve recruitment processes.
