Job summary

Oceania Healthcare Ltd in Auckland CBD is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the People & Culture team on a six-month fixed-term, full-time contract. You'll provide proactive recruitment support, build trusted relationships with hiring managers and help deliver a seamless experience for every candidate.

• 2+ years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Able to build trust and relationships at all levels.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activity and provide hands-on support to hiring managers.
• Guide candidates through pre-employment checks, employment agreements and joining Oceania.
• Be the go-to person for recruitment queries and relationship building.
• Advertise, short-list and build talent pools to connect candidates with opportunities.
• Maintain the recruitment system (Teamtailor) and ensure data is accurate.
