Job summary

Oceania is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor for a six-month fixed-term, full-time contract based at our Auckland CBD Support Office. You’ll play a central role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers across New Zealand.

You’ll coordinate activities, build trusted relationships, manage queries, and help attract top talent while keeping our Teamtailor system accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Around 2+ years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• A natural ability to build trust and relationships with people at all levels.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• A warm, engaging communication style and a genuine commitment to candidate care.
• Confidence using recruitment systems and technology (Teamtailor would be a bonus).
• Willingness to share knowledge and support hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Making recruitment happen – keeping vacancies moving and supporting hiring managers.
• Creating great candidate experiences – guiding candidates through checks and employment steps.
• Being the go-to person – handling recruitment queries and building relationships.
• Finding great people – advertising, shortlisting and building talent pools.
• Keeping things running smoothly – maintaining Teamtailor and data accuracy.
• Helping us find better ways – sharing ideas and contributing to process improvements.
