Reserve Bank of New Zealand in Auckland is seeking a Talent Advisor to own a recruitment portfolio, partner with hiring managers, and deliver end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on candidate experience. The role involves advising on best practices and collaborating with People and Culture to support hiring decisions.

You will travel to Wellington regularly and contribute to recruitment practices and employer branding while working with the wider Talent team to attract diverse talent.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment.
• Ability to influence hiring decisions and build trust with managers.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and fair hiring methods.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel to Wellington regularly.
• Experience in financial services or banking is valued.

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and shape sourcing, assessment and selection approaches.
• Own recruitment across portfolio delivering end-to-end processes and a positive candidate experience.
• Provide trusted recruitment advice, building hiring managers' confidence and capability in recruitment best practice.
• Work closely with People and Culture colleagues to provide joined-up support throughout the hiring process.
• Manage relationships with recruitment suppliers to obtain good value and service.
• Contribute to improving recruitment practices and employer brand.
