Job summary

EY is seeking experienced Senior Managers to join our People Consulting team in New Zealand / Aotearoa. You will lead large-scale transformation programs, drive client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our Workforce Advisory practice.

These roles can be performed from EY offices across New Zealand, with potential flexible hours. You will coach high-performing consultants, shape practical HR solutions, and deliver commercially focused outcomes using SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow and AI.

Qualifications

• Extensive change management, HR transformation and talent strategy experience.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation programs and client relationships.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience shaping HR solutions and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large-scale change, learning and workforce transformation projects.
• Design practical people solutions with strategic recommendations and executive-level presentations.
• Manage multiple engagements, mitigate risks and ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and coach consultants, fostering growth and collaboration.
