iT360 is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor to our enterprise clients.

This role combines deep technical expertise with strong client relationship management, requiring someone who can design solutions, lead project delivery, and provide strategic technology guidance to our managed service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients (typically with 50-150 employees)
• Conduct regular onsite visits and strategic planning sessions with client stakeholders
• Assess client technical environments and provide recommendations for improvements and optimisation
• Develop technology roadmaps aligned with client business objectives
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key decisionmakers
• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and cloud projects
• Design, scope, and validate technical solutions to meet client requirements
• Implement and optimise Microsoft 365 environments, including migrations and integrations
• Deploy and manage network infrastructure solutions (Aruba switching, WatchGuard firewalls)
• Execute server migrations, office setups, and other infrastructure initiatives

About you

• 4-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems engineering, preferably within an MSP or enterprise environment
• Strong technical foundation across Microsoft 365, networking, and infrastructure technologies
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions
• Proven ability to lead technical projects from conception through delivery
• Experience with network infrastructure (switching, firewalls, wireless) and cloud platforms
• Excellent communication and written skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking and a high level of attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while knowing when to collaborate
• Professional demeanor suitable for executive-level client interactions
• Highly responsive, comfortable managing ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
