We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join a well-established New Zealand organisation operating in a specialist technology environment.

This is a hands‑on opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys working across infrastructure, systems, security and customer support, while also having the opportunity to build and configure new and upgraded environments.

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the organisation's internal IT environment as well as supporting customer‑facing systems. You will be responsible for ensuring systems are reliable, secure and well maintained, while providing responsive technical support to both staff and customers.

About the Role

• Infrastructure and systems administration

What We're Looking For

• Patching, security, monitoring and backups
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Healthcare technology experience particularly with RIS, PACS, HL7 or DICOM.

You must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold New Zealand Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
