Fujitsu Limited in Auckland is seeking a Senior Desktop Technician to provide Level 2 and 3 support across the End User Computing environment. Based onsite at the client location in Manukau, you will handle complex incidents, maintain endpoint technologies, and contribute to IT services improvements.

The role requires 5+ years' experience with Windows environments, ITIL practices, and strong collaboration with stakeholders. ITIL v4 Foundation and MCP certifications are preferred.

Competenze

• 5+ years of end-user technology support experience.
• Extensive Windows desktop experience.
• Experience with SCCM/Configuration Manager.
• Strong ITIL-aligned incident and problem management.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary Level 2/3 escalation for EUC incidents.
• Own incidents through resolution with ITIL practices.
