  • Handle AP/AR queries and clarify cost ownership and invoice clearance.
  • Prepare and process financial journals for the Finance team.
  • Guide staff on internal processes and direct queries to the right teams.
  • Deliver business support and admin services across the team.
  • Assist with meeting room reservations and workspace logistics.
