We are now looking for a capable Accounts Payable & Administration Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity to use your accounts payable and administration skills in a stable, practical business where accuracy, organisation and a can-do attitude are valued every day.
In this varied, hands-on role, you’ll help keep the finance and administration functions running smoothly. You will process accounts payable transactions accurately and on time, while also providing practical day-to-day support across the wider business.
This is a full-time, office-based role, working Monday to Friday from our Mt Wellington office.

While previous accounts payable experience would be an advantage, we are also keen to hear from candidates with a strong administration background who are looking to develop their skills in finance and accounting.
