Greater Wellington seeks an experienced Programme Leader to drive the ICT Strategy and oversee the associated budget from its central Wellington office. You will lead the Strategy Delivery team, ensuring delivery excellence across complex ICT programmes in a SAFe environment.

Qualifications

• Senior project or programme management delivering complex ICT programmes.
• Experience aligning delivery with ICT strategy in SAFe environments.
• Establishing governance frameworks to track outcomes and budgets.
• Strong financial and commercial capability including multi-year budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ICT Strategy and manage delivery across programmes.
• Oversee budget, benefits realisation, and delivery milestones.
• Provide reporting and advice to ICT leadership and ELT.
• Guide strategic alignment, sequencing, prioritisation and funding decisions.
• Build strong relationships across ICT and organisation, leading a Strategy Delivery team.
