Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead/Consultant to join on a contract through to June 2027 in Wellington. You will coordinate delivery across application and technology initiatives, working with customers, Product Owners, and delivery teams to keep work planned and on track.

The role requires active NZDF security clearance and strong capability in governance, reporting, and managing multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract Delivery Lead or similar in technology.
• Strong Azure DevOps experience for work management and backlog.
• Experience managing change/service requests in ITIL-like settings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Understanding of Agile delivery and governance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of application and tech initiatives against timeframes.
• Manage delivery backlogs, work items, user stories, and plans in Azure DevOps.
• Oversee change and service requests, ensuring approval and closure.
• Act as liaison between customers, delivery teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, milestones; escalate as needed.
• Provide regular status reporting on delivery progress and metrics.
• Support sprint planning and resource coordination.
• Ensure delivery governance and change management processes.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to support outcomes.
• Assist with project completion activities and handovers.
