Job summary

Ministry of Social Development (MSD) is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of the CIAM capability from Wellington. The role requires coordinating across multiple systems, vendors and stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery through implementation, operational readiness and handover to BAU.

You will work with architecture, security, operations, and senior stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks and governance in a highly visible programme environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex technology delivery initiatives involving multiple systems, workstreams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management, preferably CIAM capabilities and delivery challenges.
• Strong governance, risk, issue and financial management capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of MSD's CIAM capability.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple systems, vendors, workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Drive integrated planning, governance, risk and issue management activities.
• Lead implementation planning and delivery across technology, security and business teams.
• Ensure operational readiness activities are planned and delivered.
