Ministry of Social Development in Wellington seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a critical Contact Centre to Cloud migration as part of a major transformation programme. You’ll own end‑to‑end delivery, governance, and coordination with business owners, vendors and cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget execution.

The role is fixed-term through 13 June 2028, with exposure to enterprise cloud, data integration and CRM ecosystems.

Competenze

Experience leading contact centre to cloud transformation.
Strong programme and portfolio governance experience.
Experience in multi-workstream programmes.
Ability to translate technical complexity into clear decisions.
Experience with cloud integrations and enterprise CRM ecosystems.

Mansioni

Provide end-to-end leadership of the Contact Centre to Cloud project from initiation through transition and closure.
Develop and maintain delivery plans, budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies and governance artefacts.
Lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams including internal tech, business stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Ensure governance forums provide status, issues and decisions.
Manage delivery across complex integration, data and cloud environments.
Support business readiness, cutover and stabilisation activities.
Drive disciplined delivery while adapting to evolving programme and tech landscape.
