You will combine deep technical credibility with strong commercial acumen, leading engagements, identifying opportunities, and guiding proposals and delivery. This role is ideal for someone with an established network and a desire to shape the direction of an energy business.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in the energy sector (renewables, generation, energy infrastructure).
• Established network and relationships within the energy industry.
• Experience in project delivery, technical consultancy or engineering.
• Genuine interest in business development and growing client relationships.
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop leads and help win new work.

Responsabilités

• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, developers, contractors and key industry stakeholders.
• Proactively identify new opportunities and drive business development across the energy sector.
• Use technical knowledge to support clients and provide practical advice.
• Grow the organisation's presence and reputation within the energy market.
• Contribute to proposals, tenders and securing new work.
• Provide technical leadership and support delivery of energy and infrastructure projects.
• Mentor and support others while growing the team and capability.
