Job summary

Enemix is seeking an Energy Sector Lead to own the growth and development of the energy sector in New Zealand. You will build and lead a high-performing team, scale as the project pipeline grows, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across the country.

Collaborate with global teams to integrate international capabilities into local projects and represent the company in client engagements, industry forums, and business development activities.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the New Zealand energy market with established relationships to local utilities and network owners.
• Proven experience growing a team or portfolio within a consultancy or engineering environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a track record of high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for driving innovation and delivering impactful energy sector solutions.

• Represent the company in client engagements, industry forums, and business development activities.
