Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking a Senior Technical Support Consultant to join our Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform team in Australia. You will own end-to-end customer issues, work with Dataverse, and leverage Power Platform to deliver high-quality support outcomes.

Based in New Zealand, you will support Australian customers during Melbourne business hours, collaborating across a trans‑Tasman practice to drive customer success and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse in complex customer environments.
• Deep capability across Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages.
• Hands-on development: .NET, C# and JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure integration services such as Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus.
• Proven ability in managed services or application support environments.
• Proactive, self-driven with ability to mentor others.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Act as escalation point for high-impact incidents and communicate clearly with customers.
• Work independently to resolve issues with minimal supervision.
• Document root cause analysis and resolution details.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior team members and build capability within the practice.
