Fusion5 is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to join our Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform team in New Zealand. You’ll own end-to-end customer issues, drive high-quality support outcomes, and build trusted relationships through proactive engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse in complex customer environments.
• Power Platform components including Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills; able to leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate diagnostics and support outcomes.
• Experience in managed services or similar customer support environments.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform from triage to resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and the wider Power Platform.
• Support application upgrades, releases, and ongoing platform maintenance.
• Operate independently to resolve issues with minimal supervision.
• Provide clear, timely, and structured communication to customers, translating technical detail into practical outcomes.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement, contributing to proactive problem prevention.
• Maintain thorough case documentation including root cause analysis and resolution details.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across support processes, knowledge sharing and service quality.
