Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking a Senior Technical Support Consultant for our Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform team in Australia, with NZ-based flexibility. You will own complex customer issues, leverage deep platform expertise, and deliver high-quality support while building trusted customer relationships.

You’ll work with Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and the Power Platform to resolve incidents, mentor peers, and continuously improve service quality across a trans‑Tasman practice.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse in complex environments.
• Deep skills across Power Platform including Power Apps/Automate/BI/Pages.
• Hands-on development in .NET, C#, JavaScript.
• Azure integration services like Functions/Logic Apps/Service Bus.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues from triage to resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve complex Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform issues.
• Act as escalation point for high-impact incidents.
• Work independently to resolve issues with minimal supervision.
• Provide clear, timely communication translating technical detail to outcomes.
• Support Australian customers within local business hours.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain thorough case documentation with root cause analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in support processes and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior team members and build capability within the team.
