Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to join the Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform team within the Managed Services practice in New Zealand. You will own resolution of complex customer issues, drive high-quality support outcomes, and build trusted relationships with customers through proactive engagement.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, technical depth, and delivering value across NZ customer environments while supporting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse in complex environments.
• Exposure to Power Platform components: Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate.
• Web development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications are desirable.
• Experience in managed services or application support environments.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems and provide proactive engagement.
• Support application upgrades, releases, and ongoing platform maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with customers and document cases thoroughly.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
