Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking a Senior Technical Support Consultant to join the Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform team in our Managed Services practice in Australia. You will own end-to-end customer issues, from triage to resolution, and work with clients to deliver high-quality support outcomes.

The role requires deep platform expertise, strong problem-solving, and the ability to mentor others while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse in complex customer environments.
• Deep capability across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
• Experience with Azure integration services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
• Excellent debugging and root cause analysis skills; proactive problem solving.
• Experience in managed services or similar customer support environments.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues from triage to resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Act as an escalation point for high-impact incidents.
• Communicate clearly with customers, translating technical detail into outcomes.
• Support Australian customers, aligning with local business hours.
• Maintain strong case documentation with RCAs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
• Mentor junior team members and build team capability.
