Fusion5 Limited in New Zealand is seeking a Senior Technical Support Consultant to join our Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform team. You will own resolution of complex customer issues and drive proactive, high-quality support outcomes.

This role focuses on customer success with hands-on platform expertise and strong relationship building. Based in Auckland, you’ll work across Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and the wider Power Platform, collaborating with our managed services practice to deliver

Qualifications

Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse in complex environments.
Deep knowledge of the Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages.
Experience with Azure integration services and modern cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and Power Platform.
Escalate high-impact incidents when needed.
Communicate clearly with customers, translating technical details into practical outcomes.
Support NZ/Australia customers, aligning with local business hours.
