Westpac New Zealand Limited in Auckland seeks a high-impact Relationship Manager for Corporate Banking to own a dynamic nationwide portfolio, delivering tailored lending and financial solutions while building trusted partnerships to support strategic growth.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll lead deal execution, structure credit submissions with product specialists, and ensure risk and compliance across your portfolio while developing strong relationships with brokers and key intermediaries.

Formación

• Proven experience in Business or Corporate Lending.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement capability.
• Sound knowledge of credit, risk, products and pricing.
• A strong understanding of the New Zealand corporate market and economic environment.
• Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility.
• Highly developed commercial acumen and the ability to translate insights into action.
• Growth mindset with ambition to build your career in Corporate Banking.
• Ideally, 5+ years’ banking experience and a related tertiary qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate customers with exceptional service.
• Build enduring relationships with clients and intermediaries including brokers and accountants.
• Identify and execute new business opportunities aligned to customer needs and market trends.
• Lead industry insight and maintain understanding of sectors supported.
• Structure and contribute to high-quality credit submissions and portfolio health.
• Operate within risk, compliance, AML and CCCFA requirements.
• Represent Westpac in the market and strengthen brand and presence locally.
