Programmed, based in Auckland, is seeking an experienced Corporate Relationship Manager to lead a portfolio of corporate clients and deliver tailored banking solutions. This Auckland-based role requires 5 days onsite and close collaboration with internal teams across credit, treasury, and trade finance.

You will build and grow relationships, conduct financial analyses, and drive business development while meeting regulatory and risk requirements in a dynamic banking environment.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Commercial Banking Relationship Management or 3+ years in Corporate Banking Relationship Management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute business strategies to grow market presence and achieve business objectives.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate clients, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and win new business.
• Provide value-added banking solutions with a customer-focused approach.
• Conduct financial modelling, credit analysis, and prepare credit applications.
• Collaborate with Credit, Treasury, Trade Finance and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify risks, implementing remediation strategies.
• Ensure customer and transaction information is maintained accurately and timely.
• Build and maintain professional networks through industry events.
• Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements.
