The successful candidate will have a background in Service Desk or Systems Engineering, with solid Microsoft infrastructure and M365 knowledge, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving in high-pressure environments.

Qualifications

• Background in Service Desk or Systems Engineering.
• Solid grasp of Microsoft infrastructure and M365 technologies.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and build strong client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support to customers, ensuring SLA targets.
• Update service tickets promptly and participate in after-hours on-call roster.
• Mentor the team and act as technical escalation for the wider team.
• Assist the Cloud platform team and collaborate with cross-functional groups.
