Qualifications

• Experience in Service Desk or Systems Engineering.
• Solid grasp of Microsoft infrastructure and M365 technologies.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support to customers.
• Update service tickets promptly and participate in on-call roster.
• Mentor the team and act as the technical escalation for the wider team.
• Assist the Cloud platform team.
