Job summary

Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Workers is seeking a Sales Support professional in Auckland to help enter customer orders, coordinate delivery schedules and respond to customer inquiries. You will work with scheduling, production and the sales team to ensure accurate delivery dates and timely communication.

Responsibilities include entering sample orders, forecasting with the supply chain, and preparing quotes for new projects and ECN.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication to keep all stakeholders updated.
• Proactive in establishing channels to ensure timely information flow.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders and confirm with customers.
• Coordinate with scheduling and production to ensure delivery dates and inform clients of delays.
• Enter sample orders for sales managers, engineers and customers.
• Trace parcels through carriers or dispatch to find delivery status for customers.
• Enter new customer sales forecasts with the supply chain team.
• Prepare quotes for new projects and ECN.
• Find product codes and prices for customers when required, or assist queries.
• Assist sales account managers with customer requests when required.
