• You've done SDR or B2B lead gen before, and you know what "successful" looks like – not just busy.
• You can pick up the phone without flinching and push for a meeting with confidence.
• You run your own day and deliver results without micromanagement.
• You can write and speak clearly to a decision-maker and schedule calendar invites.
• You value teamwork and collaboration and bring a positive attitude across the team.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls and referrals to initiate conversations with potential clients.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline alongside warm opportunities.
• Present to key decision makers, CFOs and CEOs on a regular basis.
• Move quickly in a fast-paced travel industry and adapt to changes.
• Maintain a positive, high-energy approach to signing new clients.
