Dynamic Gift NZ Ltd in Newmarket, Auckland is seeking a Sales Support / Sales professional to join our team. You will provide administrative, operational and customer-focused support to drive sales targets and maintain client relationships, while managing your own client accounts.

You will handle orders, quotes, CRM updates, and coordinate with warehouse and sales colleagues to ensure smooth order fulfilment. We offer a supportive workplace and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales support, or sales, administrative, or customer service role, preferably within a gifting, retail, or promotional company.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other relevant software platforms
• A customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Experience with order management or customer relationship processes would be advantageous
• A positive attitude and willingness to support the broader sales and business objectives

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, correspondence management, and documentation organisation
• Processing sales orders, quotes, and customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM systems with current information
• Coordinating client communications and ensuring all queries are directed to the appropriate sales team members
• Preparing sales reports, presentations, and materials to support sales activities and client pitches
• Acting as a point of contact for clients, providing information about products, services, and order status
• Assisting with customer onboarding and ensuring a smooth transition into new client relationships
• Supporting the execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities
• Liaising between sales, warehouse, and other departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment and delivery
• Handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism and attention to detail
