F4 Cleaning Services Limited is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team in Auckland. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business & Commercial cleaning opportunities, engaging with prospects, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets. This role is integral to supporting F4 Group Limited's commercial objectives and expanding our customer base in the Canterbury region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory, utilizing a variety of research and outreach methods
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure sales whilst maintaining company profitability
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline management and customer interactions in the CRM system
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to clients
• Participate in industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence clients
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a consultative approach to sales

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and pipelines
• Knowledge of the local market and established networks is advantageous
