PIL Group is advertising this role on behalf of a local insulation business in Otago that’s growing and looking for a confident, driven Sales Assessor to join the team and help homeowners insulate their homes, while smashing targets and enjoying the ride!!
This is a face-to-face sales role where you’ll meet homeowners, assess their homes, and guide them through heavily subsidised insulation options under the Warmer Kiwi Homes programme (50–90% funded). You’ll be out on the road across Otago, completing assessments, preparing quotes, following up leads, and closing deals! You’ll also complete post-installation quality and safety checks once jobs are finished.
You’ll be joining a small, tight-knit team that’s competitive, ambitious, and loves a win!! If you enjoy autonomy, managing your own day, and seeing the direct results of your effort, you’ll fit right in! You’ll need to be physically fit and healthy, comfortable in roof spaces and under floors, confident with numbers, and practical in your approach.
We don’t mind what industry you’ve sold in before. If you know how to build rapport, ask the right questions, and close with confidence, we’ll train you on the product and process. The sales process is proven, support is strong, and your success is rewarded!!
