Job summary

PIL Group Limited is recruiting a Sales Assessor for a home insulation role across Otago. You will meet homeowners in person, assess homes, and guide them through heavily subsidised insulation options under the Warmer Kiwi Homes programme. Responsibilities include completing assessments, preparing quotes, following up leads, and closing deals.

You'll operate on the road with a small team, enjoying autonomy and visible results. A full NZ driver’s licence and right to work in NZ are essential.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience is desirable.
• Comfortable meeting homeowners and presenting options.
• Strong numeracy for quotes and subsidies.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners across Otago to assess homes.
• Guide customers through Warmer Kiwi Homes subsidies (50–90%).
• Prepare quotes and follow up leads to close deals.
• Conduct post-installation quality and safety checks.
