Fletcher Living is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the sales team and run marketing activity. You’ll showcase new home listings with local marketing and work closely with Retail and Marketing teams.

The role is based in Canterbury and primarily at One Central, with a busy, diverse daily workload requiring proactive thinking and a flexible approach.

• Previous Sales or Marketing experience and strong administration skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM is desirable.

The Role

As our Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in helping the Sales team hit their goals while keeping our marketing activity running smoothly. You’ll provide top-notch administrative support to the sales crew, help showcase our new home listings with eye-catching local marketing, and collaborate closely with both the Retail and wider Marketing teams. This role is busy and provides a diverse range of day-to-day tasks so proactive thinking and a flexible approach is essential!

Location

You’ll be part of our Fletcher Living Canterbury Branch, which is located on Armagh Street. However, this role will be primarily based at ‘One Central’ – one of the largest and most exciting central city redevelopment opportunities in New Zealand.

About You

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in new homes and the housing market, along with a passion for great customer service. The ideal person will also have the following skills and experience:

• Previous Sales or Marketing experience and strong administration skills
• Strong computer skills (exposure to Salesforce or CRM would be desirable)
• Superb organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage key internal and external stakeholders
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• A positive attitude and the ability to be flexible and proactive
