Bayleys Auckland Residential is seeking a creative and highly organised marketer to deliver innovative marketing initiatives, social media content, events and communications across New Zealand's leading real estate brand. This hands-on role suits someone who thrives on content creation, stakeholder engagement and bringing projects to life.

You’ll support campaigns, create social media content, coordinate onboarding for new agents, and help run Auckland Residential events while working closely

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing/communications role.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Proficient with Canva, Photoshop, Mailchimp and video tools.
• Able to film content for digital channels.
• Comfortable using AI/tools to improve efficiency.
• Excellent project management and organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Real estate experience is advantageous but not essential.

Join Bayleys Auckland Residential and play a key role in delivering innovative marketing initiatives, social media content, events, communications and agent support across New Zealand's leading real estate brand. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to a highly organised marketer who enjoys content creation, social media, stakeholder engagement and bringing projects to life.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, projects and residential initiatives across the Auckland network.
• Create and coordinate social media content, video, photography and digital communications.
• Lead onboarding and marketing support for new agents, including coordinating personal branding collateral.
• Produce the weekly EDM’s
• Coordinate and distribute the Auckland Residential podcast across multiple platforms.
• Deliver training and best-practice guidance on marketing tools, social media and new initiatives.
• Drive awareness of vendor-funded marketing products through agent education, marketing campaigns and social media activity.
• Coordinate PR opportunities, media stories and business announcements.
• Co-lead the planning and delivery of key Auckland Residential events, workshops and awards programmes.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers, media partners, videographers and industry sponsors.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a marketing, communications, social media or content-focused role.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, Mailchimp, social scheduling tools and video editing platforms.
• Confidence creating and filming content for digital channels.
• Confidence & willingness to use tech tools & AI to improve efficiency
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.

• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
• Real estate or property industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
