Job summary

Employment Hero seeks an experienced SaaS salesperson to join our NZ Partnerships team. You’ll own the full partnership sales cycle, identify and close new partners, build channel opportunities, and drive activation and revenue across our partner program.

Reporting to the NZ Partnerships Country Lead, you’ll prospect, pitch, and win partnerships, with a focus on outbound and partner onboarding. A hungry, tenacious, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years' experience in a B2B sales role.
• 3+ years' worth of channel or field sales experience.
• Relevant industry experience (SaaS, tech, or an aligned industry).
• Clear experience developing and winning new channel and referral partners.
• Hungry, tenacious, and eager to drive results.
• Experience in adapting style to persuade and negotiate appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new partners for Employment Hero in your territory.
• Develop relevant new channel sales opportunities for Employment Hero products.
• Meet assigned targets / quotas.
• Maintain strong partner engagement and activation rates of your portfolio.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities to build partner pipeline.
• Convert inbound marketing and event leads to new partnerships and revenue opportunities.
• Prospect for potential new partners and convert into increased business.
• Activate partnerships and jointly develop opportunities through in-person and virtual events.
• Qualify opportunities and work with our direct sales team.
